Dream Builders After-School Enrichment Program

The Dream Builders After-School Enrichment Program provides students in grades K–5 with a safe, structured, and engaging environment designed to support academic growth, social-emotional learning, and hands-on discovery.

Each day includes:

• Homework Help & Academic Support – Small-group assistance with daily assignments.

• Reading & Writing Practice – Vocabulary development, cursive writing, and comprehension activities aligned with Georgia Standards of Excellence.

• Mathematics Review – Scaffolded lessons focusing on addition, subtraction, place value, and problem-solving.

• STEM Challenges – Weekly, multi-day projects such as bridge-building, paper roller coasters, catapults, and science experiments that encourage creativity, teamwork, and critical thinking.

• SEL (Social-Emotional Learning) – Daily journaling, discussions, and activities built around teamwork, respect, empathy, leadership, and life skills.

• Enrichment Rotations – Arts, sports, leadership, and life-skills programming that change weekly to expose students to new experiences and build confidence.

 Program Goal: To inspire students academically, socially, and creatively while preparing them with leadership and life skills that extend beyond the classroom.
